The time has come to submerge the dyke modules in the Cherbourg harbour, and the press was invited and honored to be present.
A press conference was held in the boat Adèle (company Hagueàpart – Cherbourg-en-Cotentin), chartered for the occasion.
In the coming days, modules will be placed along the Cherbourg dike and then in Bernières-sur-mer.
They will be monitored over almost 2 years in terms of biocolonization and sustainability of the material in the marine environment.
