The first anchorage was immersed on Friday, October 30, 2020 in the Bay of Dinard.
The next anchorages will be immersed in the coming days, depending on tidal coefficients and weather conditions.
These biomimetic marine infrastructures will be monitored by the MNHN of Dinard for almost 2 years to study their colonization and by ESITC Caen to monitor the durability of the material in the marine environment.
In addition, the MNHN of Dinard has developed a participatory science protocol that will allow beginners or more experienced divers to carry out their own monitoring of biocolonization on these anchorages, even beyond the MARINEFF project.
